Plus she's so kind. Please check her out! 🌷This week's video is not so much for sleeping, rather it's for getting you in a lighter mood and reenergizing you. I put this on my TV as I did chores, answered work emails, etc. It's great for that, as there are sounds in this particular video that might disrupt sleep for some (birds, a bell, and light background laughter). ASMR sounds featured in this video: spray bottle, scissor sounds, trickling water, tea pouring, pages turning, touching a glossy magazine, writing and more! For this ambience video, I wanted something more whimsical and set in the springtime to get everyone excited for longer days, the return of flowers, singing birds and melting streams. I'm also currently writing a historical fiction and wanted something that put me in that time. This artwork by Shocking was perfect because it captures all those things.
