-1/2 cup of thick yogurt
-Salt to taste
-Lime juice 1 tsp

-Butter 2 tbsp
-Olive oil 2 tbsp (you may use any oil)

Ingredients for gravy
-Butter 1&1/2 tbsp
-Onion roughly cut 1
-Tomatoes medium size roughly cut 3
-Ginger paste (or powder) 1/2 tsp
-Garlic paste (or powder) 1/2 tsp
-Unbleached cane sugar 1 tbsp
-Cashews 10-12
-Water 1 cup
-Salt to taste
-Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
-Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
-Heavy (or fresh cream) 1/4 cup
-Dried fenugreek leaves 1/2 tsp
-Green chili 1 (optional)

For Garnishing
-Dried fenugreek leaves 1/8 tsp
-Heavy/fresh cream 1 tbsp
